A valid credit card (Visa\/Master Card) is needed and a non-refundable deposit of $50.00CAD per night per room\/unit is charged at the time of booking. Credit cards must be valid minimum until the day of check-out. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your reservation has been confirmed.<\/span><\/p>\n

As we are a small B&B business and have a very short high season and limited amount of units, cancellations affect our business immensely.\u00a0 So hopefully this doesn\u2019t occur! Therefore a holiday insurance is something we recommend. Cancellations within 2 months of your arrival date \u2013 50% of your total stay is due. Cancellations within 1 month of your arrival date \u2013 100% of your total stay is due.\u00a0 \u00a0 100% of your stay including your reserved dinners, will be charged for a no-show. If you need to amend or shorten your stay, 50% of your cancelled nights will be charged within 2 months of your arrival date and 100% of your cancelled nights will be charged within 1 month of your arrival date.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Clearwater Springs Ranch B&B is adult orientated, so children less 12 years old are not permitted to stay in the B&B.. We love pets, but unfortunately we don\u2019t accept them in the B&B. Although, we accept children of any age and pets in our self-catering \u201cLudtke Cottage\u201d. Please notify us at the time of reservation how many children and\/or pets will be joining you.<\/span><\/p>\n

Smoking & vaping is not allowed indoors. There are certain areas outside the building where it\u2019s possible. Please inform with your hosts where you can smoke. If smoking has occurred inside the buildings, a cleaning fee of $200.00CAD will be charged during or after your stay. <\/span><\/p>\n

Clearwater Springs Ranch B&B reserves the right to use the credit card of the guest and charge such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card to compensate or make good the loss, costs or expenses incurred.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, we recommend you use mosquito repellent. Buy local repellents, they work the best. Spray for tropical countries most of the time doesn\u2019t\u00a0 work for our \u201clocal\u201d mosquitos. <\/span><\/p>\n

Short answer: Wells Gray Park is AWESOME each time of the year!\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 Long answer: Every season or month has its own charms & features. The winter months offer great snowshoe, x-country skiing, frozen waterfalls and Moose viewing. In May and June the Humming Birds are visiting our feeders on the deck and Black Bears are likely to spot in our meadows. The summer months July and August are the best months to see the sub-alpine wildflowers on the Trophy Mountains. While the color of the trees are turning into gold, the Salmon are leaping in the Clearwater River from end of August until October. <\/span><\/p>\n

In the B&B, yes, depending on availability and only in high season. In low season, there is a minimum of 2 nights. We do recommend a minimum 2-3 nights to be able to visit the area and park properly. For our Ludtke cottage, we require a minimum booking of 3 nights year-round. <\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately not. Our rooms are not equipped with self-catering facilities, and we can\u2019t allow guests in our kitchen due to safety\/liability and food safe regulations. We don\u2019t allow in-house picnics either. Wells Gray Park has great picnic spots, just a few minutes\u2019 drive from us. Although if you book our Ludtke Cottage, it has it’s own full kitchen and is self-contained so cooking for yourself is allowed in the Ludtke cottage only. <\/span><\/p>\n

The cottage has its own full kitchen and is self-contained, so you can cook your own meals there. All cookware, dishware and appliances such as; oven with cooktop, fridge\/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle are available. Also, all your bedding and towels are provided. But no meals are included. <\/span><\/p>\n

We also provide a certain amount of fire wood for the wood burning stove during the winter; enough for your whole stay. Extra fire wood can be purchased.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are no restaurants near the lodge. All restaurants and stores are located in the village of Clearwater. We\u2019re about 30 mins drive from the village and highway #5. <\/span><\/p>\n
